How a visit works
The whole visit takes about an hour and a half. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring – all you need is comfortable clothes, and a phone to book.
Booking
Call the salon of your choice – an adviser will book a time that suits you. We arrange visits in advance because each salon has only a few beds, and we want one to be free and waiting for you.
If you cannot make it at the agreed time, just call the salon. There is no charge.
Introductory talk, 40 minutes
An adviser explains how the N6 massage bed is built, what tourmanium ceramic is and – above all – how to use the device safely at home. Feel free to ask anything: it is a good moment for questions about using the device, the guarantee and servicing.
The introductory talk comes before every massage, including on return visits.
Massage, 40 minutes
You lie on the N6 bed fully clothed. Tourmanium ceramic rollers move along your spine on an S-shaped track, while the plates give off gentle warmth that relaxes your muscles. Separate thermal blocks warm your hands and feet.
The pressure depends on your body weight, and an adviser stays nearby the whole time – if anything feels uncomfortable, just say so.
The choice is yours
After the session you receive a regular guest card and can keep coming – or simply say no, thank you. Nobody calls you with offers or tries to talk you into anything.
Prices are fixed and the same in every salon – you will find them on the Devices page. The devices can only be bought in person, at a salon.
No obligation to buy
Guests who have not bought anything are welcomed exactly as device owners are. This is a rule across the whole network, not a courtesy of one salon.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes – you stay dressed for the massage, so there is no need to change into anything special.
- Socks, if you like to keep your feet warm.
- Reading glasses, if you would like to look through the information on the device.
The salon provides the rest: a towel, water and somewhere to leave your coat.

Salons are open Monday to Friday. Exact hours vary from city to city – the salon will tell you when you call. Phone numbers for all salons are on the Salons page.
Regular guest card
After your first visit you receive a regular guest card. With it you can come every day from Monday to Friday and have one massage a day, after the introductory talk. The card is free and comes with no obligation.
Who can come
The sessions are for adults. If you have any concerns about your physical condition, talk to a doctor first and read the device’s instructions for use – the manufacturer gives the full list of contraindications, and the instructions are available in every salon.
