The questions Nuga Best guests ask most often. If your question is not here, call the salon in your city – an adviser will help.
How much does a session cost?
Your first two sessions are free. After that, with a regular guest card, you can have a massage once a day – also free of charge, after the introductory talk.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Visiting a salon comes with no obligation to buy.
Who can have the massage?
Adults. If you have any concerns about your physical condition, talk to a doctor first and read the instructions for use.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes. The salon provides the rest.
Where can I buy the devices?
Only in Nuga Best salons. We do not sell online; listings on classified ad websites do not come from us.
How long is the guarantee?
2 years. Servicing is handled by the salon where the device was bought.
How often can I come?
After your first visit you receive a regular guest card. With it you can come every day from Monday to Friday, with one massage a day.
How long does a visit take?
About an hour and a half: a 40-minute introductory talk and a 40-minute massage.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Call the salon of your choice – an adviser will suggest a time. That way a bed will be free and waiting for you.
Why are the sessions free?
They are how we demonstrate our devices. A Nuga Best salon is also a shop: we want you to be able to try a device at your own pace and learn how to use it before deciding whether to buy. There is no obligation to buy.
Why is there an introductory talk before the massage?
During the talk an adviser explains how the N6 bed works and how to use it safely – which is why it comes before every massage.
Are there any contraindications to using the N6 bed?
Yes. The manufacturer gives the full list in the instructions for use supplied with the device; you can also find it in the salon. If you have any concerns about your physical condition, talk to a doctor first.
Who makes Nuga Best devices?
Nuga Medical Co., Ltd. of South Korea, a company founded in 2002. The N6 massage bed is a class IIa medical device with CE marking; the manufacturer’s authorised representative in the European Union is KTR Europe GmbH.
Can the devices be bought online?
No. Genuine Nuga Best devices are sold only by our salons. There is a hologram on the packaging, and a guarantee card comes with the device. Online listings do not come from us.
What should I do if a device stops working?
First check that the cables are connected. If that does not help, bring the guarantee card to the salon where the device was bought, or to your nearest salon – a member of staff will write up a report and send the device for servicing.
How much do the devices cost?
Prices are fixed and the same in every Nuga Best salon: from 6,900 zł for the NM 200 handheld massager to 33,500 zł for the N6 massage bed. You will find the full price list on the Devices page. Prices include VAT.
